These terms govern access to xerixos.com and general use of Xerixos - Network Management Platform operated by Xerixos, LLC.

Paid subscriptions, plan limits, and in-app billing are managed through the monitor application. Additional terms may be presented during account signup or upgrade.
1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or creating a monitor account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or platform.
2. Marketing website
Website content is provided for informational purposes. It does not guarantee availability of features, pricing, or service levels unless confirmed in your account or a separate written agreement.
3. Platform accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accounts you create, agents you deploy, credentials you manage, and compliance with applicable laws. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, exceed published plan limits through circumvention, or use the platform for unlawful monitoring.
4. Agents and customer environments
You must have authority to install agents and run checks in networks you monitor. Xerixos provides software and cloud services; you control what is monitored, network access, and local deployment security.
5. Plans, billing, and fair use
Free and paid tiers are subject to published limits on sites, devices, and features. We may modify plans, pricing, or limits with notice where required. Abuse prevention, security, and operational integrity measures may apply to all accounts.
6. Service availability
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, agent connectivity issues, or third-party dependencies may affect monitoring visibility.
7. Intellectual property
The website, platform, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to Xerixos. You receive a limited right to use the service according to your plan and these terms.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Monitoring results depend on agent connectivity, configuration, and network conditions. Xerixos does not warrant that monitoring will detect every failure or prevent downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xerixos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the website or platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Xerixos against claims arising from your use of the service, your monitored environments, or violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.
